His expertise ranges from financial reporting and accounting to intricate financial modeling and corporate governance. In his previous roles, Mr. Holub served prominently as CFO for Croverro Energy Ltd., Vice President of Finance at Serrano Energy Ltd., and held key positions at redstar Oil & Gas Inc.
