About Peak Extracts: Joining the East Fork family in 2022, the Peak lineup includes edibles, topicals, and tinctures crafted in small batches since 2014. Peak Extracts began with founder Katie Stem’s journey with Crohn’s disease, her work in medical research, and study of Traditional Chinese Medicine, all of which led her to a very special herb: cannabis.
