Conditions
All of the following criteria must be met for the price beat to apply:
- The competing price must be from a licensed California cannabis dispensary (online or in-store).
- Product must be the same brand, SKU, and quantity.
- Product must be in stock and available at both the competitor and Vibe at the time of request.
- Any delivery fees or taxes will be factored into the total price comparison.
- Offer valid for personal use only (no resale, no wholesale).
- Only applies to products available to adult-use customers (not limited to medical-only pricing).
- The item must be legal and compliant under California cannabis laws.
Exceptions
This guarantee does not apply to:
- Promotions labeled as Clearance, Doorbuster, BOGO (Buy One Get One), Flash Sale, Limited Time Offers, Daily/Happy Hour Specials, or “while supplies last”
- Bundle pricing or promotional packs
- Unlicensed sellers, delivery services, or peer-to-peer platforms (e.g., Weedmaps classifieds)
- Any non-identical items (including strain variations, terpene profiles, or different potencies)
- Loyalty point redemptions, referral codes, or first-time customer discounts
Limited Quantities
