Accessibility Statement

1.Our commitment

Vibe Cannabis is committed to making vibecannabis.co usable by people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification or captions. Accessibility is part of how we design, build and review every page, not a one-time project.

2.The standard we follow

Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard most widely used for accessible websites. We consider this site partially conformant: most pages meet the standard, and the issues listed below are known exceptions we're working on.

3.What we've done

• Pages use clear headings, so screen reader users can jump between sections. Every store menu page now has its own main heading.
• Product photos on our menus describe the product and brand for screen readers.
• Pages work on phones and tablets without sideways scrolling, and text can be enlarged in your browser.
• Our policies, including this statement, are written in plain language.
• We test pages with automated accessibility tools and by navigating them with a keyboard.

4.Known issues we're fixing

We'd rather tell you about problems than have you find them. These are the main issues we know about:

• Age check and store picker. The window that asks your age and store when you first visit isn't fully usable by keyboard or screen reader yet. If you get stuck, call us and we'll help.
• Color contrast. White text on some orange buttons doesn't have enough contrast. We're updating our button colors.
• Labels. A few controls, such as the store selector and some form fields, are missing labels for screen readers.
• Images. Some older images on our home page and blog don't have text descriptions yet.
• Documents. Some PDFs, such as the California SB 540 brochure, may not be fully accessible. Ask us for the information in another format.

5.Content from other companies

Some parts of our service come from other companies: online checkout (Dutchie), the MyVibe Rewards sign-up form (Springbig), gift cards (Birchmount Network) and maps (Google). We don't control how these are built, but we ask our partners to meet accessibility standards and report problems to them. If one of these gets in your way, contact us and we'll help you another way.

6.In our stores

• Ask any budtender for help. They can read package labels and lab results aloud and walk you through the menu.
• Service animals are welcome in all our stores.
• If you have questions about getting into or around a particular store, call that store before your visit. You'll find each store's phone number on our Locations page.

7.Report a problem

Tell us about any barrier you run into. It helps if you include:

• the page address (URL) or the part of the site;
• what you were trying to do and what happened;
• the device, browser and any assistive technology you use, if you're comfortable sharing it.

We read every report, and we'll reply to let you know what we're doing about it.

8.Other formats

You can ask for any of our policies, including our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, in another format, such as large print or plain text, using the contact details above.
